Safety & Power Outages
Safety:
- First Aid Kit - Located in the Kitchen drawer on the right side of the Refrigerator.
- Fire Extinguisher - Located in the Kitchen bottom drawer on the left side of the Dishwasher.
- Smoke Detectors/Carbon Monixide Detectors are located on the ceiling of every room.
Resetting the Circuit Breaker:
If you experience a power outage in part of the house, it may be necessary to flip a breaker.
Follow these steps:
1. Locate the Breaker Panel
The breaker panel is located outside in the backyard on the side wall near the garage exterior.
2. Identify the Tripped Breaker
Open the panel door and look for any switches that are in the middle or "off" position. These are likely the tripped breakers.
3. Reset the Breaker
- Firmly switch the tripped breaker to the "off" position, then back to the "on" position.
- Listen for a click as you reset it.
4. Test the Power
Return to the area where the power was out and check if everything is working.
5. If the Issue Persists
- If flipping the breaker doesn’t resolve the issue or it trips again, please contact us for assistance.
- Avoid flipping breakers multiple times as this may cause damage.
Safety Note
Do not attempt to open or tamper with the breaker box beyond flipping switches.
