We accept a variety of payment methods and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal (3% Fee), Venmo (No Fee).

Firm Cancellation Policy

1. Full Refund

• Guests may cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund, but only if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
•  “Full refund” refers to Nightly Rate + Cleaning Fee only.

2. Refund & Payment Terms for Cancellations After 48 Hours

If a guest cancels after the 48-hour grace period, the following rules apply:

• Guests will be charged 100% for any nights already stayed.
• Guests will be charged 100% for the next 30 nights of the reservation.
• If fewer than 30 nights remain in the reservation at the time of cancellation, guests will be charged 100% for all remaining nights.

3. No Refund

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no-shows.

4. Extreme Weather & Emergencies Exception

• In the event of a declared natural disaster (e.g., wildfire, hurricane, or extreme flooding) or a verified emergency (such as hospitalization of a guest or immediate family member), guests may be eligible for a partial refund (50%) for the rebooked nights, at the host’s discretion.
• If canceled nights are successfully rebooked by another guest, the original guest will receive a 50% refund for the Rebooked Nights + Cleaning fee.
• Guests must provide official documentation (e.g., evacuation orders, hospital records) to request this exception.
• Routine weather conditions (e.g., rain, heat, snow) do not qualify for a refund.

5. Travel Insurance Highly Recommended

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations due to illness, flight disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. No Exceptions Beyond the Stated Policy

• By booking, guests agree to these terms, and no further exceptions will be made.

7. Reservation Alteration

• Alteration requests are subject to your cancellation policy. Removing nights is treated the same as canceling and will be handled according to our cancellation policy.
