House Rules

1. No parties.

First Aid Kit - Located in the Kitchen drawer on the right side of the Dishwasher.
Fire Extinguisher - Located in the Kitchen drawer on the right side of the Dishwasher.

2. Pets.

Medium or smaller dogs are allowed.
All pets are subject to pre-approval and a pet fee of $150 per stay (2 dogs max) will be requested if we approve of your pets.
Unregistered pets will still be charged the $150 per pet/per stay pet fee.

3. Please only flush toilet paper.

If the septic clogs during your stay, a $350 fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs.

4. This is a no-shoes house.

There is a $20 charge per rug/upholstery stain left in the home. Please understand this takes a lot of extra time to clean.

5. Check out is at 11AM or earlier.

If our cleaners are not able to clean due to a late checkout, a $75 charge will be assessed.

6. No smoking or vaping.

There is a $200 cleaning charge for cigarette or marijuana smoke removal.

7. Do not dump oil/fats in any sink.

If the sink clogs during your stay, a $200 charge will be assessed to have a plumber make repairs.

8. Please do not mail packages to the home.

We cannot guarantee you will be able to receive it.

9. Please clean grill after using

Our cleaner provides a grill cleaning service for a $30 fee. The grill is checked after each checkout.

10. Stained towels/bedding sheets

Excessive stained towels and bedding sheets will incur a $15 per towel/$25 bedding sheet/$30 Duvet cover to replace.

11. Leave the house in the same condition that you arrived.

Outside of normal wear and tear, if the house is left filthy, there will be an extra $200 deep cleaning charge.

Pet Rules

1. Your Pup is not allowed on furniture.

Please have them use the provided pet bed.
If they insist, please first lay the grey water-resistant blankets on the furniture.

2. Clean up after your pet.

Immediately clean up after your pets both inside and outside the property.
Waste bags are provided for your convenience.
Dispose of waste in the garbage bins in the garage.

3. Pup must be leashed and supervised

while on the property for their own safety.

4. Please wipe your pup down

after a session of playing outside.
You can use the wet wipes in the pet kit and dispose of the used wipes in the trash.

5. Please no pups left unattended.

If you have to leave them at the house, you MUST use a crate. The crate is stored in the garage.

6. Guests are liable

for any pet damage to items inside and outside the house (i.e. furniture, linens, landscape etc...)

7. Report Any Accidents or Damages.

If your pet has an accident or causes any damage, please report it immediately so we can address it promptly.

Hot Tub Rules

Before Use:

Please shower before using the hot tub to keep the water clean and free of lotions, oils, and dirt.

During Use:

Limit Soak Time: To avoid dehydration and overheating, please limit your time in the hot tub to 15-20 minutes; cool off before re-entry.
Temperature Caution: Do not enter if water temperature is over 104°F (40°C).
No Glass Containers: Do not bring glass in or near the Hot Tub.
Children Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
No Diving or Jumping: The hot tub is for soaking only.
No Alcohol or Drugs: Do not use the hot tub while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Respect Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours when using the hot tub.
Maximum Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit 5 persons max.

After Use:

Turn off high jets, waterfall feature and lights.
Add a 1/2 teaspoon of powder Chlorine to the hot tub.
Add a capful of liquid Oxidizer to the hot tub.
Please cover hot tub up after each use to maintain water temperature and quality.
